Graduating in 2004 from Azad Medical University in Tehran, Iran, Dr Parastoo has been working as a doctor for nearly 20 years.
Moving to Australia in 2010, Dr Parastoo initially worked in various public hospitals, as well as spending three years in mental health services. In 2019, Dr Parastoo received her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Outside of medicine, Dr Parastoo loves travelling, spending time with her family & doing reformer Pilates.
