After completing her studies at University of Sydney, Dr Sophie developed a passion for women’s health.
This passion has let to Dr Sophie working alongside an obstetrician and urogynaecologist at St George Private Hospital, with a focus on supporting antenatal women with their nutritional and emotional health.
Another area of interest for Dr Sophie is metabolic health and weight loss. Dr Sophie likes to encourage a holistic approach with empathy and compassion to assist her patients in reaching healthy goals, improving fertility and reducing chronic diseases.
Outside of medicine, Dr Sophie enjoys reading and outdoor activities.

I want to be able to help women achieve mental and physical wellbeing with a focus on preventative health, and in particular, nutritional health.
It can be hard as a woman to balance good health as well as a family, career and the demands of modern life. I empathise with my patients and aim to help them with their health and wellbeing so they can focus on all the other things!
