Dr. Farhat Jehan

Caringbah Medical & Dental Centre - Caringbah

Completing her medical degree in Pakistan and then interning in obstetrics, gynaecology and general medicine, Dr Farhat has been practicing for over 12 years.

Moving to Australia in 2006 with her family, she became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and now practices out of the Caringbah Medical and Dental Centre.

Outside of medicine, Dr Farhat is a proud mother of 3 beautiful girls, enjoys travelling, reading and is a bit of a movie buff.

Having always had a great interest in Women's Health, I chose to do my internship in ob/gy and then continued to provide services to my female patients in different setups

Being a woman, I understand the health issues that us women can face and how important specialised care can be. My experience in paediatrics also assists me when looking after young families
